Wang, Ruping is an Assistant Professor teaching full-time at the Department of Dance, University of Taipei since 2010. She received her MFA from the Modern Dance Department, University of Utah and BFA in Dance Performance from the Taipei National University of the Arts. She has performed professionally with the Jose Limon Dance Company, the Martha Graham Dance Company, the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, and the Taipei Crossover Dance Company... among others. Besides performing, Wang creates and writes about dance in order to further understand the meanings as well as the purposes of life.
