Mr. Tseng has been a PE teacher of Kaohsiung Senior High School for 27 years. He got the Foundation Training Instructor Certification Level 1 & Level 2 and has been the Fitness Instructor ＆ Foundation Training Instructor for 5 years. He received his Bachelor degree at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and the master degree at Education from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU).
