Class Description
Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. No matter what your age or fitness level is, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.
Instructor
Ying-ga Tseng
Mr. Tseng has been a PE teacher of Kaohsiung Senior High School for 27 years. He got the Foundation Training Instructor Certification Level 1 & Level 2 and has been the Fitness Instructor & Foundation Training Instructor for 5 years. He received his Bachelor degree at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and the master degree at Education from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU).
